Hey Deli Crew! Here's a bit about me and why fishing runs in my blood—born and bred in the heart of South Texas. From the moment I arrived in this world, I was ready to "Crankdat"! With a taxidermist father and a veterinarian mother, I had the best mentors to guide me toward becoming an expert '"Catch, Clean, and Cook" Artist.'

Being an only child with parents as passionate about fishing as I am, it wasn't long before I became the ultimate "lip ripper". My culinary education began in the kitchens of my mom and granny, both of whom descended from a long line of Southern home chefs. There, I picked up the art of creating my own mouth-watering masterpieces.

Over the years, I've honed my skills as a fisherman and a "front porch chef," gaining high regard from friends and family alike. This unique blend of talents eventually evolved into the "Deli Shoe" Productions we all love and enjoy today.
